Uniqus Consultech, a tech-enabled global consulting firm specializing in accounting, reporting, finance operations, governance, risk, ESG, and technology, has secured $20 million in Series C funding led by Nexus Venture Partners with continued participation from Sorin Investments. The new capital will be used to scale operations, launch new service lines, expand international presence, and advance R&D for AI-powered solutions focused on financial reporting and risk management. Uniqus has developed proprietary platforms such as UniQuest for GenAI-powered search, Risk UniVerse for managing internal controls, Reporting UniVerse for financial reporting, and ESG UniVerse for environmental reporting. Founded in 2022 by Jamil Khatri and Sandip Khetan, Uniqus now operates in 11 cities across the US, Middle East, and India, serving over 250 clients with a workforce exceeding 550 professionals. The company aims to leverage global talent and advanced technology to transform consulting services, targeting a $100 billion+ addressable market and aspiring to reach $100 million in revenue by 2026. Uniqus faces competition from established consulting firms like Accenture, PwC, Infosys, and Deloitte.
