An 18-year-old, Jaidev Christian Spicely, was arrested after allegedly shooting and killing 33-year-old James Nicholas Solano-Aguilar in a suspected road rage incident in Surprise, Arizona, on Saturday afternoon. The incident occurred near the intersection of 163rd and Grand avenues, where witnesses found Solano-Aguilar with multiple gunshot wounds and attempted to perform first aid. Solano-Aguilar, an active military member, was transported to a hospital where he later died. Spicely fled the scene but later turned himself in to the police. He was booked on charges including second-degree murder and disorderly conduct with a weapon.
