Boban Marjanović Signs With Fenerbahçe Beko

Boban Marjanović, the veteran center, has agreed to a one-year deal with Turkish club Fenerbahçe Beko, marking his return to European basketball after nine seasons in the NBA. The contract includes an opt-out clause that allows Marjanović to leave for an NBA team if an opportunity arises by January. Over his NBA career, Marjanović has played for several teams, including the San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets, and Dallas Mavericks, averaging 5.5 points and 3.6 rebounds across 331 games. His last stint in the EuroLeague was in the 2014-15 season with Crvena Zvezda. Fenerbahçe aims to strengthen its frontcourt following recent roster changes, including the addition of Khem Birch. Marjanović's experience and size (7'4") are expected to be significant assets for the team.
