ICE Brent Crude Prices Decline Up to 6.78% Over Multiple Sessions
Front month ICE Brent Crude prices have experienced a notable decline, falling for four consecutive sessions with a recent settlement at $64.11 per barrel, marking an 8.58% drop over those sessions and the lowest level since late May 2025. Similarly, front month Nymex Crude prices for November delivery declined by 2.10% to $60.48, also marking four consecutive days of losses and the largest four-day percentage drop since June 2025. Brent crude has also faced a downturn over longer periods, with a decrease of 11.65% over the last two quarters and 8.96% over the last two months, reflecting a broader downward trend in oil prices this year. Despite these declines, prices remain above their 52-week lows but significantly below their highs from earlier in 2025 and record highs from 2008. This consistent price weakening highlights ongoing market pressures and volatility in the crude oil sector throughout 2025.
