Multiple Men Sentenced for Exploiting Minors Across States

Several men across the United States were recently sentenced or convicted in cases involving sexual offenses against minors. In Florida, one man received a 21.6-month prison sentence followed by sex-offender probation after pleading no contest to attempting to meet a minor for sex as part of a sting operation, with additional requirements including registration as a sexual offender and community service. In Iowa, Bryce Hans Plower pleaded guilty to sexually exploiting children by posing as a teen online and coercing minors to send explicit images, facing a minimum of 15 years in federal prison. In Michigan, Mark Weaver was sentenced to five to ten years for offering drugs and money to teens in exchange for nude photos and storing illegal images, and must register as a sex offender for 25 years. Another case saw a Pennsylvania man sentenced to up to 18 months in jail for indecent exposure to two minors. Separately, in Florida, Travis Anthony Davis was jailed after allegedly exposing himself to two teen girls in separate incidents while out on bond for the first offense.
