He alleges that a law firm and a federal judge have seized his checking account, rendering him unable to afford food. This plea comes after he was ordered to pay $148 million in damages to Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea 'Shaye' Moss, whom he defamed with false fraud claims during the 2020 election. Giuliani's fundraising campaign on GiveSendGo has reportedly raised nearly $180,000, as he seeks to appeal the court's orders and reclaim his assets. However, Judge Lewis Liman has expressed frustration over Giuliani's failure to comply with asset disclosure requirements and emphasized the importance of transparency. Giuliani maintains that he is a victim of political persecution due to his support for Donald Trump.
