Five men from Coventry have been sentenced for their involvement in a large-scale vehicle theft operation valued at over £800,000. The group, which included Jason O’Farrell, Deacon Cumberbatch, Tyrone Henn, Kian O’Shea, and Keegan Judge, was known for boasting about their criminal activities on social media, sharing videos of their thefts and stolen vehicles. Between 2022 and 2023, they targeted luxury SUVs, cars, and motorcycles, employing sophisticated methods to bypass security systems. The court described their actions as organized and calculated, leading to significant financial losses for numerous victims. With sentences totaling more than 35 years, police have emphasized the importance of these convictions as a deterrent to other criminal networks. Investigations are ongoing to recover any remaining stolen vehicles and address associated thefts.
