Sweetgreen Launches Korean Menu With COTE Collaboration

Sweetgreen is launching its first-ever Korean-inspired menu in partnership with Michelin-starred COTE Korean Steakhouse, marking a notable collaboration for the fast-casual chain. The limited-time KBBQ menu will debut on May 13, 2025, and includes three new entrees—KBBQ Steak Bowl, KBBQ Steak Plate, and Cucumber Kimchi Crunch Salad—featuring ingredients like grass-fed steak with KBBQ glaze, apple kimchi sauce, cucumber kimchi, and pickled cabbage. This partnership aims to blend Sweetgreen’s commitment to fresh, healthy ingredients with COTE’s renowned Korean barbecue flavors, offering customers an authentic and vibrant dining experience. The collaboration also allows broader access to COTE’s flavors, which are typically reserved for diners at its acclaimed and often fully booked locations. Sweetgreen highlights the spirit of community and connection that Korean barbecue represents, aligning with its own brand values. The menu will be available digitally for SG Rewards members on May 12 and in-store nationwide on May 13.
