Elisabeth Hasselbeck, former Survivor: The Australian Outback contestant and ex-co-host of The View, has confirmed she will not return for Survivor's 50th season. Addressing speculation on Instagram, Hasselbeck cited her preference for family time and personal projects over competing in Fiji. Survivor 50, premiering in February 2026, will feature an all-returning player cast and expanded fan involvement in key game decisions, including team colors, immunity necklace designs, and the inclusion of immunity idols. The full cast will be announced on May 28, 2025, during CBS Mornings. Hasselbeck, who finished fourth in her original season, expressed satisfaction with her current life and ended speculation about her participation.
