A 3-year-old boy was shot and killed inside an apartment in northeast Minneapolis on Monday afternoon. Police responded to a 911 call placed by an adult supervising the child around 12:45 p.m. Officers found the boy with critical injuries and he was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
