Barnstable Brown Gala Grows Philanthropy, Reveals Lineup

Founded by Patricia Barnstable Brown, her twin sister Priscilla, their mother Wilma, and Patricia’s late husband Dr. David E. Brown, the gala is recognized as one of the world's top parties and a major Derby Week highlight. Over the years, the event has raised more than $21 million for the Barnstable Brown Diabetes Center at the University of Kentucky, supporting diabetes research and treatment.
