Three Sentenced for Vandalizing ULEZ Cameras

Separately, Joseph Nicholls, 43, received suspended sentences for encouraging camera destruction through a Facebook post and sending a threatening email to a camera provider. Nicholls was ordered to pay £6,817 in costs and compensation, and complete community service.
