Apple Acquires Sundance Favorite 'Come See Me In The Good Light'
Apple TV+ has acquired the global rights to the documentary 'Come See Me in the Good Light,' which won the Festival Favorite Award at Sundance 2025. Directed by Ryan White, the film tells the poignant love story of poets Andrea Gibson and Megan Falley as they navigate an incurable cancer diagnosis with joy, humor, and resilience. The documentary has also received accolades at several other film festivals, including the Boulder Film Festival and the Cleveland International Film Festival. It features an original song by Grammy winners Sara Bareilles and Brandi Carlile, who collaborated with Gibson on the piece. 'Come See Me in the Good Light' is set to premiere on Apple TV+ this fall, adding to Apple's growing catalog of original films, including 'F1' and 'Fountain of Youth.'
