The 81st Venice Film Festival concluded with the Golden Lion awarded to Pedro Almodóvar's English-language film 'The Room Next Door', which received an impressive 18-minute standing ovation. The Silver Lion for Best Director went to Brady Corbet for 'The Brutalist', a film about a Holocaust survivor, while Maura Delpero's 'Vermiglio' was also recognized with the Silver Lion.
