Multiple Men Charged with Sexual Assault of Minors

In Raleigh, N.C., Efrain Guzman Mendez, 41, has been charged with multiple counts of statutory sexual offense and kidnapping related to a 2011 incident involving a juvenile. He is also facing charges in Alamance County for sexual battery and statutory rape. In South Glens Falls, N.Y., Timothy Griffin, 35, has been indicted on charges of predatory sexual assault against a child, following accusations of abusing a 10-year-old girl in 2023. In Lincoln, a 20-year-old man named Brummett was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl after misleading her about his age. Lastly, Aleisandro Garcia, 22, from Hudson, was arrested for allegedly assaulting an 11-year-old girl in Nashua, N.H., after meeting her through Snapchat. Garcia faces charges of aggravated felonious sexual assault and gross lewdness.
