Borderlands 4 Adds Fan-Demanded Combat Radar Before September Launch

Borderlands 4, set to launch in September 2025, will include an optional combat radar feature in response to strong fan demand, marking a significant shift from the initially planned absence of a mini-map. Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford revealed that some developers found time to implement the radar shortly before pre-launch QA testing, with the feature being off by default to accommodate different player preferences.
