Florida Woman Charged in Chicken Road Rage Attack

Cynthia Sosa, a 38-year-old Key West resident, was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated battery and one count of burglary with assault or battery after using bear spray on Perla DeMiller and her passenger during a road rage incident. The altercation began when Sosa stopped her car for a chicken crossing the road, and DeMiller, after honking, passed Sosa and ran over the bird. Angered, Sosa pursued DeMiller, confronted her, and sprayed bear mace into her vehicle before fleeing. Police later apprehended Sosa, who was released on a $35,000 bond and has pleaded not guilty.
