Rolapp Hires Ex‑NFL Executives, Reshapes PGA Tour
Brian Rolapp, about 90 days into his tenure as PGA Tour CEO, has begun a senior leadership overhaul aimed at modernizing the organization and achieving “sustainable success.” He hired former NFL executives Dhruv Prasad as chief commercial officer and Paul Hicks as executive vice president of strategic communications and public policy; both previously worked with Rolapp and are expected to be based in Ponte Vedra with start dates in late October/early November. Prasad will oversee corporate partnerships, media business development, broadcasting, gaming, licensing, merchandising, events and corporate strategy, while Hicks will lead communications, public policy and government relations. Andy Weitz was promoted to chief marketing officer and Neera Shetty will serve as interim chief administrative officer while remaining chief legal officer, and longtime Tour executives Rick Anderson and Allison Keller will retire at year-end. Len Brown will move into a special advisor role as the Tour reorganizes its senior leadership.
