Kevin Plank Lists Sagamore Farm for $22 Million

Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank has listed his historic 400-acre estate, Sagamore Farm, in Reisterstown, Maryland, for $22 million. The property features a nearly 16,000-square-foot main house with six to seven bedrooms, extensive equestrian facilities, and a track for horse racing. Plank, who purchased the farm in 2007 for $4.99 million, initially aimed to operate a Thoroughbred breeding and racing business but shifted focus to growing crops for his whiskey brand, Sagamore Spirit, in 2020. The estate has a rich history, previously owned by the Vanderbilt family, and has been home to celebrated racehorses. Plank described the sale as a transition for the next steward to continue the property's legacy. The listing comes as part of a series of asset sales for Plank, who has divested from several high-profile holdings in recent years.
