Simone Biles Prepares for Gold Over America Tour

Simone Biles, the most decorated American Olympic gymnast, continues to innovate and learn new skills as she prepares for the Gold Over America Tour, which kicks off on September 16 in Oceanside, California. Recently, she showcased a new balance beam trick on her Instagram, where she performed two 180-degree rotations while upside down, crediting her teammate Skye Blakely for the inspiration. Following her successful run at the Paris Olympics, where she won three golds and a silver, Biles expressed excitement about the tour, which will feature fellow Team USA gymnasts and a pop-concert-style format. Despite having practiced only a few times since the Olympics, she feels mentally and physically ready for the tour. The previous edition of the tour saw tremendous success, and Biles aims to inspire a new generation of female athletes with this year's events. The tour will conclude on November 3 in Detroit, Michigan.
