Tsyplakov Hearing Set; Laughton Fined for Cross-check

Meanwhile, Flyers forward Scott Laughton was fined $5,000 for cross-checking Tsyplakov later in the game, the maximum allowable under the collective bargaining agreement. The hearing could lead to a suspension for Tsyplakov, who has 19 points in his rookie season.
