WWE star Natalya Neidhart has announced the release of her memoir titled 'The Last Heart Beating,' set to be published on October 28, 2025. The book, co-published by BenBella Books and Simon & Schuster Canada, promises an unfiltered look into her life as a wrestler and her personal experiences, including her father's struggles with addiction. In interviews, Natalya expressed her nervousness about sharing deeply personal stories, highlighting her complex relationship with her father and her journey in WWE. She began writing the memoir after re-signing with WWE last year, seeking to share parts of her life that fans may not know. The release has been met with excitement from her publishers, who believe it will provide readers with a unique glimpse behind the scenes of her remarkable career. Natalya is also preparing for her first matches outside of WWE since 2007, including a debut at Bloodsport XIII in April 2025.
