Four Men Rob Bradford Jewellers Dressed as Police
On August 23, four men disguised as police officers robbed Chacha Jewellers on Great Horton Road in Bradford, fleeing with a quantity of jewellery in a grey Citroen C3. The suspects were described as white males, one wearing a black t-shirt with a police logo, two in white shirts, and one in a black shirt with a high visibility vest marked 'police.' CCTV footage showed the men ordering staff to the front of the store, handcuffing one employee, and briefly becoming trapped by security doors during their escape, with one thief returning to seize additional items. No injuries were reported during the incident. West Yorkshire Police are actively investigating and appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant footage to contact Bradford CID or Crimestoppers. Detective Inspector Dennise Bell emphasized the ongoing inquiries and encouraged public assistance to aid the investigation.
