Trae Young Joins Jordan Brand

Trae Young, the Atlanta Hawks guard and three-time NBA All-Star, has officially signed with Jordan Brand after ending his partnership with Adidas. Young, who had been with Adidas since entering the NBA in 2018 and had his own signature line, felt joining Jordan was a 'full-circle moment' as his alma mater, Oklahoma, became a Jordan Brand school the same year he joined the NBA. The signing fulfills a childhood dream for Young, who has long admired the brand's embodiment of basketball culture and greatness. Despite a competitive offer from Kyrie Irving's ANTA, Young chose Jordan, citing the brand's history and its alignment with his own aspirations. Young will now join notable NBA players like Jayson Tatum and Luka Doncic under the Jordan Brand banner. The terms of Young's new deal with Jordan Brand have not been disclosed.
