Napier AI, a London-based company specializing in AI-driven compliance solutions, is set to create 106 new jobs in Belfast with an average salary exceeding £46,000. The expansion, supported by Invest NI, includes the establishment of a new office aimed at enhancing financial crime prevention technologies for major banks. Economy Minister Caoimhe Archibald emphasized that this move reflects confidence in Northern Ireland's skilled workforce and its growing fintech sector. The recruitment will focus on roles such as software developers, business analysts, and program managers, with 25 positions already filled. CEO Greg Watson highlighted the region's exceptional talent pool and supportive business environment as key factors in their decision. The investment follows a thorough evaluation of other potential locations, including Warsaw and Lisbon.
