Construction Begins on Arizona's First Buc-ee's Store

The Picklr, a national pickleball chain, will open its first Arizona location in Scottsdale on October 26, featuring 12 courts, a pro shop, and amenities designed for both warm-ups and recovery. This venue aims to provide an exceptional indoor pickleball experience, reflecting the franchise's expansion plans in the Valley, including a Tempe location set to open in November. Meanwhile, construction has begun on Arizona's first Buc-ee's travel center in Goodyear, expected to open by Christmas 2025. The Goodyear location will feature a 74,000 square-foot store with over 100 fueling stations, homemade food, and local vendor products, creating around 200 full-time jobs. Buc-ee's is known for its extensive offerings, including BBQ and famous snacks like Beaver Nuggets, attracting significant traveler traffic. The store is strategically placed to cater to road-trippers, promising a memorable experience.
