The event includes a New Year’s Eve–style “Beer Drop” at the Milwaukee brewery, where six oversized cans will drop at 4:50 p.m. in each U.S. time zone, creating a coordinated national toast. Participants aged 21 and over can join in person, stream the event online, or claim a $5 beer credit via MillerLite.com, with offers limited to one beer per person while supplies last. The celebration is part of a larger yearlong marketing campaign featuring limited-edition gold cans and digital content starring comedian Marcello Hernandez, who partnered with Miller Lite to kick off the anniversary.
