Universal Pictures is developing a new Archie Comics movie, with Phil Lord and Christopher Miller set to produce and Tom King writing the screenplay. The film will reintroduce the beloved characters of Archie, Betty, Veronica, and Jughead, aiming to attract both longtime fans and a new generation of viewers. While it remains unclear whether the movie will be animated or live-action, the project is described as a large-scale adaptation of the 85-year-old comic franchise, which has sold over three billion copies worldwide.
