Jonathan Joss Killed in San Antonio Shooting

Jonathan Joss, the Native American actor best known for voicing John Redcorn on the animated series "King of the Hill," was tragically shot and killed outside his San Antonio home following a heated argument with his neighbor. The dispute escalated when Joss returned to his property to collect a victim's fire fund check after his home had burned down earlier in the year, which reportedly intensified tensions with the neighbor, Sigfredo Alvarez Ceja. Ceja shot Joss multiple times and fled the scene but was arrested nearby and charged with murder, held on a $200,000 bond. Despite emergency efforts, Joss was pronounced dead at the scene; he was 59 years old. Joss was also recognized for his recurring role as Chief Hatote on the sitcom "Parks and Recreation." Neighbors noted a history of confrontations between the two men, with Joss occasionally exhibiting volatile behavior, including yelling and banging on his roof.
