Basement Jaxx Plans First Full Australia-New Zealand Tour in 15 Years

Basement Jaxx, the iconic UK electronic music duo, are set to return to Australia and New Zealand in 2026 for their first full live tour in over 15 years, following a relaunch of their live show at Coachella in 2025. The tour will kick off at Christchurch's Electric Avenue Festival on February 27th, 2026, and include headline shows in Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Fremantle, and appearances at the Golden Plains Festival, with performances at notable venues such as the Sydney Opera House Forecourt and the Sidney Myer Music Bowl. Known for their energetic, carnival-style live shows featuring singers, MCs, musicians, and dancers, Basement Jaxx combines Latin rhythms, funk, garage, and soul, delivering a unique blend that has earned them two BRIT Awards and a Grammy. Tickets go on sale to the general public on October 31st, 2025, with Mastercard and My Live Nation presales starting a few days earlier.
