System of a Down has officially announced their 'Wake Up!' South American tour, set to begin on April 24, 2025, in Bogota, Colombia, and concluding on May 10 in São Paulo, Brazil. The tour includes stops in Peru, Chile, and Argentina, marking their first live performance in the region in a decade. Pre-sale tickets will be available starting December 17 at 10 a.m. local time, with general sales commencing on December 19 at noon local time. This announcement follows the band's recent success in the U.S., where they sold out multiple stadium shows. The band expressed excitement for the tour, stating, 'Wake up, South America! We did. We heard you. We're coming.' Special guests for the tour have yet to be revealed.
