LetsVenture Rebrands LVX Expands Growth-Stage Funding India
Bengaluru-based venture capital firm LetsVenture has rebranded itself as LVX, marking a strategic shift from early-stage to a full-stack private market infrastructure platform spanning the entire startup lifecycle. The firm now operates through three verticals: LVX Start, focusing on early-stage angel investments; LVX Grow, which targets growth-stage startups with capital from venture funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals; and LVX School, an open-source platform dedicated to educating investors and founders on fundraising, capital structuring, and scaling strategies. This rebranding aligns with LVX's expansion into debt financing and exit facilitation, reflecting the maturation of India’s startup ecosystem with over 900 portfolio companies and 14,000 investors connected through the platform. Key backers include Accel, Chiratae Ventures, Ratan Tata, Mohandas Pai, and Anupam Mittal, with notable investments in startups like Stockgro, Giva, Yulu, Kenko, Fasal, and FarMart. CEO Shanti Mohan emphasizes that LVX aims to build a modular, scalable platform ready for the next generation of founders and investors as India’s startup ecosystem continues to grow rapidly.
