Five Arrested After Police Chase in Cincinnati

Five suspects were arrested after firing shots at undercover Cincinnati police officers and leading them on a high-speed pursuit on Thursday evening. The incident began around 7:51 p.m. during an investigation when the suspects fled in a vehicle, subsequently shooting at officers who were in pursuit. The chase occurred through Winton Terrace and Green Township before ending in Colerain Township, where stop sticks were deployed to disable the vehicle. Fortunately, no officers were injured during the incident, and additional suspects who fled on foot were also apprehended. Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge stated that the suspects' ages and identities remain unknown, and the investigation is ongoing. Authorities have confirmed that there is no ongoing threat to the public.
