Livspace, a home interiors and renovation firm, reported a 21% year-on-year revenue growth to Rs 1,185.04 crore for FY2024, with a significant reduction in EBITDA losses from Rs 525.37 crore to Rs 246.74 crore. The company's revenue growth has been driven by strong performance in the premium and mass premium segments of the residential market. Livspace, which has been cash flow positive since last October, aims to achieve profitability by year-end and plans to shift its domicile back to India to prepare for an IPO within the next 18-24 months. The company is also expanding its offerings, including affordable and premium interior solutions, as well as kitchen appliances and home furnishings. Co-founder Ramakant Sharma highlighted that 100% of revenue comes from end consumers and noted an annual recurring revenue (ARR) target of Rs 1,500 crore for Q2 FY25. Livspace operates in multiple regions including India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, with over 90 stores across various metros and non-metros.
