Guardians DFA McKenzie, Promote Zak Kent

The Cleveland Guardians have designated right-hander Triston McKenzie for assignment after he posted an 11.12 ERA in four relief outings to start the 2025 season. McKenzie's career trajectory declined due to recurring shoulder and elbow injuries since 2023, and he notably declined Tommy John surgery for a UCL sprain.
