The Wild Robot Digital Release Set for October 15

DreamWorks' animated film 'The Wild Robot' has been a box office success since its release on September 27, earning over $107 million globally. Directed by Chris Sanders and based on Peter Brown's acclaimed children's book, the film features a star-studded voice cast including Lupita Nyong'o and Pedro Pascal. It will be available for digital rental and purchase starting October 15, 2024, with a physical 4K UHD and Blu-ray release set for December 3. Some exclusive bonus features will accompany the physical release, such as deleted scenes and behind-the-scenes content. Despite its strong box office performance, the decision to release it on digital platforms so soon has raised questions. A sequel is already in development following the film's success.
