Renner originally bought the property in 2012 for $4 million and invested an additional $5.5 million in renovations. The luxurious home, featuring a recording studio and various upscale amenities, was significant for Renner as he recovered from a near-fatal snowplow accident in 2023. The 9,000-square-foot residence includes six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a resort-style pool with waterfalls, and a state-of-the-art kitchen designed in mid-century style.
