Syracuse Flips Penn State OL Roseby Lubintus

Syracuse football has flipped three-star offensive tackle Roseby Lubintus, nicknamed 'Purgatory,' from Penn State to its 2026 class. Lubintus, a 6-foot-6, 330-pound prospect from Timber Creek High School in New Jersey, is ranked as the 14th-best player in New Jersey and the 81st-ranked offensive tackle nationally. He previously committed to Penn State in April but switched to Syracuse after multiple visits, citing a stronger connection with the Orange. Syracuse's 2026 recruiting class is gaining momentum, highlighted by commitments from Lubintus and five-star receiver Calvin Russell, even as the program navigates recent transfer portal losses.
