The round was led by Insight Partners, with participation from Index Ventures and Point Nine Capital. Founded in 2021, the company aims to streamline incident management for engineering teams by automating tasks such as note-taking and live updates, with notable clients including Netflix and Airbnb. The recent funding will be used to expand engineering teams in London and San Francisco, as well as enhance marketing and customer success efforts. Incident.io's platform has managed over 250,000 incidents to date and includes new features like On-call, designed to improve alert management.
