Male Dancer Files $10M Lawsuit Against Diddy Over Assault, Health Claims

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new $10 million civil lawsuit filed by Edmond Laurent, a former model, actor, and dancer who alleges that Diddy and an unidentified woman drugged and sexually assaulted him multiple times in luxury Los Angeles hotels during the late 2000s. Laurent claims that the assaults included drugging with substances like GHB, Rohypnol, and ketamine, and that a condom was purposely punctured, exposing him to a sexually transmitted disease and resulting in long-term health issues including stomach cancer. The lawsuit accuses Diddy and others of sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, civil conspiracy, and aiding and abetting. Laurent’s attorney emphasized the importance of holding powerful individuals accountable for exploitation and trauma. This civil suit emerged shortly after the jury in Diddy's federal trial found him not guilty of the most serious charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, though he was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. Diddy remains detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as his legal battles continue.
