Provo and Pompano Beach Crashes Injure Responders

In Pompano Beach, a severe collision between a fire rescue truck and a landscaping vehicle resulted in multiple injuries, including critical life-threatening injuries for one individual. The accident required both vehicles to be towed away, with several firefighters and a passenger being hospitalized. Separately, in Provo, Utah, an ambulance was struck by a Toyota Tacoma at an intersection while transporting a patient, resulting in six people being hospitalized, including EMTs, the original patient, and the truck driver. The Utah Highway Patrol is investigating the crash, which saw the ambulance hit a pole after the collision.
