Employees at The Meadows Family Fun Mini Golf in Duncansville, Pennsylvania, were shocked to discover a live groundhog trapped inside one of their claw machines. The Pennsylvania Game Commission sent State Game Warden Salvadore Zaffuto to the scene to assist in rescuing the animal. Photos showed the groundhog scurrying among the stuffed animals and peeking out to assess the situation. The vending machine company was called to unlock the machine, allowing Warden Zaffuto to safely capture and release the unharmed groundhog back into the wild. The incident has sparked a contest to name the groundhog, with suggestions pouring in from the public.
