BlumFest Celebrates Horror Films at AMC

Blumhouse Productions is launching BlumFest, a six-week horror film festival in collaboration with AMC Theatres, beginning September 25 with a special screening of the 15th anniversary of 'Paranormal Activity'. The festival features a lineup of fan-favorite films including 'Lights Out', 'Insidious: Chapter 2', 'Happy Death Day', 'The Black Phone', and 'Five Nights at Freddy's', with screenings every Wednesday in October across 54 cities. Attendees will enjoy exclusive sneak peeks of upcoming films and giveaways. Jason Blum, founder of Blumhouse, described the festival as a 'love letter to Halloween and our fans.' Elizabeth Frank from AMC noted that the Halloween season enhances the fun of horror movies. This marks a significant collaboration between Blumhouse and AMC, building on previous successful events.
