Veidekke Wins Major Oslo Housing Contract

Veidekke ASA has secured two significant contracts for residential projects in Norway, emphasizing their commitment to sustainable urban development. In Trondheim, they will construct an environmentally certified residential block and terraced houses for Nordr, valued at approximately NOK 150 million, adding 64 homes by summer 2026. Concurrently, in Oslo's Grønvoll quarter, Veidekke is tasked with the second phase of a development featuring 139 apartments and a parking facility, valued at NOK 385 million, with completion expected by summer 2027. Both projects reflect a growing demand for housing in their respective areas, with the Grønvoll project noted as one of Norway's best-selling developments this year. Veidekke's ongoing partnership with Nordr has resulted in over 800 homes developed in Trondheim since 2015, showcasing their successful collaboration. These contracts will bolster Veidekke's order book for the fourth quarter of this year.
