Ole Miss Football Sets Attendance Record, Defeats Georgia Southern 52-13

No. 5 Ole Miss continued its unbeaten streak with a commanding 52-13 victory over Georgia Southern, setting a new attendance record of 67,505 at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. Quarterback Jaxson Dart opened the game with two touchdown passes in the first quarter, finishing with four touchdowns and 382 passing yards. Tre Harris shone with 11 receptions for 225 yards and two touchdowns, while JJ Pegues also contributed with a rushing touchdown after switching positions. Despite the offensive dominance and a total of 607 yards, Ole Miss struggled with penalties, committing 11 for 133 yards. Georgia Southern managed to score once on a 12-yard touchdown pass but finished with just 194 total yards.
