Ukraine Downs 41 Russian Drones in Air Attack

Ukraine's Defense Forces have successfully intercepted a significant number of Russian drones over the past few days, with reports indicating the downing of 33, 46, and 41 UAVs across various regions, including Poltava, Kharkiv, and Kyiv. This wave of drone attacks follows a deadly missile strike in Zaporizhzhia that resulted in over a dozen casualties. Russia's Defense Ministry claimed to have shot down several Ukrainian drones in response, but no casualties were reported from those incidents. The continued aerial assaults highlight the ongoing intensity of the conflict, with both sides actively engaging in aerial warfare. Ukrainian President Zelenskyy condemned the attacks, emphasizing the cruelty of targeting civilian areas.
