Beaverton Man Indicted for Breaking Into Multiple Homes, Assaulting Women

Christopher Lloyd Rydman, 37, of Beaverton has been indicted by a Washington County grand jury on multiple charges including first-degree burglary, first-degree sexual abuse, and private indecency for allegedly breaking into at least two homes and climbing into bed with sleeping women. Surveillance footage from the night of October 8 shows Rydman walking through central Beaverton neighborhoods, testing door handles and entering unlocked homes. Police believe there may be additional victims and have released a detailed description of his clothing and appearance during the incidents. Rydman has a prior criminal record including charges for unlawful entry and menacing. Authorities urge anyone with information or who may have had contact with Rydman to contact Detective Paul Fleckenstein. This case remains under investigation as police seek further information from the public.
