Home Inspector Convicted for Indecent Exposure

Kevin Wayne VanLuven, a home inspector in Michigan, was caught on surveillance footage engaging in inappropriate behavior with a 'Tickle Me Elmo' doll in a toddler's bedroom. The incident came to light when the child's mother reviewed the footage and was horrified to see VanLuven committing the act while alone in the room. He was convicted in October 2022 for aggravated indecent exposure and sentenced to 19 days in jail and 18 months of probation. However, he violated his probation in January 2024.
