Real Brokerage Acquires Flyhomes AI Home Search Portal Expanding Mortgage Technology

The Real Brokerage Inc. has acquired Flyhomes' AI-powered consumer home search portal and technology assets to enhance its real estate platform. This acquisition will integrate Flyhomes' portal into Real’s AI-powered consumer product, Leo for Clients, complementing its existing AI agent assistant, Leo, and aiming to simplify the home buying and selling process. Concurrently, Real made an equity investment in Flyhomes to support its transition into a wholesale mortgage lender focused on modern financing solutions. Real will also offer Flyhomes’ “Buy Before You Sell” financing options through its mortgage subsidiary, One Real Mortgage, further streamlining real estate transactions with flexible mortgage products for agents and clients. Both the acquisition and investment were funded with existing cash and are not expected to materially impact Real’s financial results. This deal positions Real to combine advanced consumer technology with AI-driven tools to deliver a seamless experience for agents and homebuyers alike, while Flyhomes concentrates on expanding its mortgage lending business.
