Gavin wrote 'Casual Drug Use' in 2016, reflecting on the highs and lows of young adulthood, with the accompanying video featuring colorful potions symbolizing substances used to alter our states. This release follows the lead single 'Aftertaste,' which explores the intensity of new romance. Gavin's album draws from influences like Alanis Morissette and Fiona Apple, focusing on themes of intimacy and connection. Additionally, she will embark on a solo tour across the US and London later this year, with many dates already sold out.
